These are some random designs, in no particular order or theme, just momentary inspirations

I publish this picture mainly because of the model on the right: 1.The combination between blue and orange is very intriguing and 2. I'm very proud of the cut of the dress.

Top 15 Katy Perry outfits

Katy Perry and Lady Gaga became famous at about the same time and in the beginning there were many similarities between them. They were both provocative and had a strange, fresh and one-of-a-kind style. But then they took different paths. Lady Gaga became more and more weird as she saw that the puplic approved of what she was doing and fabricated hit after hit. Katy Perry on the other hand, continued developing her strange style with a touch of pinup girl, sexy and cute and also had some very successful songs but her fame had its ups and downs. I am personally a fan of both and here i'll present the 15 outfits of Katy perry that I like the most.

15. Performance costume - it's maybe a little too sequined but that's what I like about it.

14. At the 2010 Vanity fair Oscar party wearing Zuhair Marad - very elegant but not unfaithful to her style.

13. This dress is so cool. An paired with the bright yellow stilettos it looks even cooler. The only thing I don't like is the bag because it ruins the bright colour combination.

12. Promo photoshoot for California girls. Okay, it's maybe a little photoshopped, but it's still very nice - the blue wig, the latex shorts, the colorful top, the transparant umbrella...

11. I really like the idea because nobody would have thought of it. And the red belt perfectly matches the dress.

10. Casual doesn't mean boring! (The brooch adds a cute detail, I like how it combines with the boat, the shoes and the lipstick)

9.Again a one-of-a-kind idea at the Today Show. The dress is by The Blondes. Maybe she should have put on some heels because the flats seem unflattering.

4.Great. She has an eye for trends and even I, who is not so much into designer's collections an all, know that Victor & Rolf's dress is The Coolest Thing Ever.

3.Didn't she put this top on an auction? I'm sure a lot of money was paid for it because it's amazing. And also, it's cool how the leggings and the heels and the haircut perfectly combine but the focus is still on the top.

1. This is so great. It definitely deserves the first place in my modest chart. And even if Katy hasn't discovered America with her costume, for me it's enough that she has been brave enough to wear it, to have fun and to show her playful spirit.

Many people claim Katy just wants to provoke and to become the center of the attention by wearing all these outfits, but in my opinion, the point is to demonstrate that you have a peculiar style and that you are not afraid to experiment with your looks. Why do we have to be mole-shaped?

My designs

Drawing and designing models and clothes has always been an inseparable part of my life. It's just been here with me, I can't remember when I started. For about a year I went to designing classes but I stopped, mainly because my mother didn't approve of these things where we didn't learn the different techniques of painting and only drew sketches of models. In spite of this, I adored going to classes because we learned about the history of fashion and drew scetches of many different types of clothes.
Anyway, it was then when I started collecting my sketches, but they got lost. I have only the ones from 2007 and I'll begin posting some of them. It'll be cool, you know, to see how my style has evolved.

This line is with my models with big hair and eyes. I don't normally pay a lot of attention to the way the girl's drawn, I focus on the clothes. So bear in mind that they may not be very proportional.

Elly Jackson

Elly Jackson is the lead singer of La Roux and is really inspirational. My favourite song is I'm not your toy, it's just so mellow and laid-back. I have listened to it so many times that I know it by heart.

Elly Jackson has her own stlye and what I really like about her is that she doesn't make a parade of it like Lady Gaga, for example. It's just her and there's no need to stick her taste into our faces. Elly is very natural and at the same time unique and somewhat distorting the trends. There are a lot of influences form the 80's but as seen though the prism of the 21st century. What I especially like is her hair - not only the haircut, which is very bold, but the out-of-this-world colour. It don't know whether it's her natural colour but it suits her complexion and her style in general very well.

New looklet outfits

Hey :) You may have noticed that I'm not very constant in my posts. Well, learn to live with it as I'll only post when I have nothing to do. And that happens once in a blue moon, believe me!

So, on the topic, I have been quite productive on looklet, I can even say that it's the only site I visit on a daily basis, actually. I have got around 300 looks now and I have even been shortlisted for one of the contests! I haven't posted a lot of these looks and I must say that I'm really proud of some of the designs :) I have to catch up, so I'm going to post my favourites here.

"Minnie mouse" and "Dreaming"

The left one is called "Visiting grandma" and creates something like an old, rural and quaint style with fashionable clothes. The outfit next to it is about Street style

I really like the transparant blouse on the right and how it changes the whole effect of the look

Louise Brooks

I'm not an enormous fan of the silent films but I just love Louise Brook's bob! She is so stylish and knows how to stand out in the crowd. When I cut my hair my first intention was to make my haircut to look like hers but it wasn't a very successful attempt. Nevertheless, I still like sharp-lined, geometrical bobs and they really inspire me.
